Hemangioma is the most common congenital benign liver tumor. It affects mostly female, with incidence of 0.4- 20%. Giant hemangioma induce Kasabach Merritt syndome, a life threathening coagulation disorder which occur due to consumptive coagulopathy: trombocyte sequestration and agregation inside hemangioma. The mortality rate around 60%, cause multiorgan complication may end up sepsis. core management decompression by surgical measure. However, this often considered as very risky procedure leading massive bleeding. In cases, conservative treatment preferred option. important consider syndome one differential diagnosis when facing cases enlarged abdomen in order plan for its well educate patients regarding prognosis.
